Citizenship
Citizenship Program
The Citizenship Program provides immigrants with the knowledge, language skills, and support needed to navigate the United States naturalization process with confidence. Our courses are designed to help eligible permanent residents prepare for U.S. citizenship by developing the reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills required to successfully complete the naturalization application (Form N-400), pass the civics and English tests, and participate in the naturalization interview.
Students gain a deeper understanding of U.S. history, government, and civic responsibilities while strengthening their English language proficiency in a supportive learning environment. Instruction is tailored to meet the needs of adult learners and includes practice with citizenship interview questions, vocabulary development, test-taking strategies, and guidance throughout the naturalization process.
Our Citizenship Program is committed to serving the diverse immigrant communities of the Los Angeles Harbor area by helping students achieve their goal of becoming active, informed, and engaged U.S. citizens. Through education, encouragement, and personalized support, we empower students to take the next step toward full participation in their communities and the opportunities that citizenship provides.
